Principal & Managing Director
Julie White brings 20+ years of experience at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting C-suites, leading through M&A, and building the operational infrastructure that lets founders focus on what only they can do. She specializes in turning operational complexity into clarity: process design, project leadership, and growth transitions, delivered with corporate-level experience scaled for the firms that need it most. Julie holds a Master's in Leadership from St. Mary's College of California and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Caroline White
Director of Content Strategy & Copywriting
Caroline E. White brings deep expertise in content strategy, communications, and copywriting to founder-led firms that need their message to land with clarity and purpose. She specializes in turning brand vision into compelling content — from website copy and marketing materials to editorial strategy and execution.
Caroline holds an MA in English Literature from Brown University and a BA from UC Berkeley, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Suji Rajagopal
Director of Operations & Design
Suji combines structural intuition, design experience, and a writing background to solve operational bottlenecks. After starting as an advertising copywriter in Southeast Asia, she moved into legal operations in the Bay Area, where she has spent over eight years turning friction into flow. She holds a degree in English and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Creative Leadership at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, with an Agentic AI certification from MIT Sloan School of Management coming soon.
